Bowl 

a wide round dish with an  open top, used for eating, serving or preparing food:

Butter knife 

a knife with a blunt, round end, used for spreading butter on bread:

Carving knife 

a long sharp knife that is used for cutting cooked meat: 

• The carving knife needs sharpening. 

Chopsticks 

a pair of thin sticks held together in one hand and used in some Asian countries for eating food: 

• She wants to eat with chopsticks. 

Crockery 

mainly British English. plates, cups, bowls, etc. used for serving food and drink: 

• I keep my crockery in the cupboard.

American English silverware 

knives, forks, and spoons used for eating food: 

• On the small table, the plates and cutlery had been arranged in order. 

Dessertspoon 

a spoon of medium size that is used for eating desserts. It is smaller than a tablespoon and larger than a teaspoon.

a shallow container, flatter than a bowl, used for serving or cooking food:

Doily 

a small, round piece paper or cloth with a pattern of tiny holes in it, that you put on plates under cakes:

Fork 

a small tool with a handle and three or four prongs [=sharp points], used for picking up and eating food: 

• I eat pizza with a knife and fork.

Objects made of glass, especially used for drinking:

a large deep spoon with a long handle, used for serving liquids:

British English also serviette
